My online training platform offers you a training plan like no other, tailored food plan, 3 Live sessions per week and access to my private Facebook group for interaction with like minded individuals.

All sessions are performed live and also recorded so you never miss a session.

Class Duration : 50 mins

A session set up to kick start your week and help motivate you for the week ahead! A combination of DB or KB vs Bodyweight with a sprinkling of Ab/Core exercises.

Equipment: KB and Bodyweight.

Class Duration : 30mins 

A full-body workout focusing on high-intensity exercises, designed to increase your heart rate and increase your overall conditioning and calorie levels.

Equipment: None needed.

Class Duration : 50 mins

A combination of upper /lower body exercises using supersets and compound sets to build and improve general strength. 

Equipment: KB/DB/Barbells can be used to add intensity as well as Bodyweight.

Class Duration : 60 mins

The hardest class of the week – and is a favourite of mine! 

This class is a combination of strength and conditioning movements to push you that little bit harder.

Equipment: 1 dumbbell or kettlebell. 2 of each will make the session more challenging.
