Welcome to Professional Fitness with Jamie Harris. I’m a fitness coach that can offer you a huge variation of online, small group training and personal training programs.
I’m an ex professional soccer player who trained and played at the highest level for over 15 years. During that time I studied as a personal trainer and completed various additional courses to further strengthen my portfolio.
Having played across Europe in the Champions League and competing against some of the best athletes in the world I had to be at peak fitness to reach my potential.
To further enhance my skill set I added various courses to my CV such as Trx training, Kettlebell, Strength and Conditioning and an advanced nutrition course as well as being a fully qualified massage therapist. Arming myself with such knowledge has allowed me to build a business over the last 10 years!
I’ve been training with Jamie for almost two years. Since I started with a 6 week Transformation programme, I haven’t looked back. Not only is Jamie a great trainer, his nutrition plans are excellent and most importantly sustainable, which helps with long term results. The classes are really enjoyable and push everyone to their limit. It’s been admirable to see how Jamie has adapted to Zoom workouts and continue to push everyone to achieve their goals, even in a remote environment.
Jamie’s training has made a massive impact for my fitness. I’ve dealt with injuries from playing football and his training has significantly helped with recovery through strength and conditioning. His training has also really helped me with previous back pain issues, which has made such a positive impact on my day to day life. I really look forward to his trainings where he pushes you to train harder than you ever would on your own. I would highly recommend training with Jamie for fitness and nutritional expertise.
Ever since starting with Professional Fitness by Jamie Harris back in July, my life has changed in the best possible way. I have developed a new routine, and a new way of life. I’ve tried every fad diet or YouTube workouts and nothing ever compared. This is the only thing that has ever worked for me. The variation of the workouts keeps us all on our toes I’m excited each night to see what is to come.
As a person who barely trained ever, to now training 4 times a week, it’s crazy. The results shown are incredible, and I’m so thankful that I’ve finally found a trainer who genuinely knows what works!
