I will help you perfect the basic kettlebell moves like the swing, vertical pull, clean, press, jerk, snatch, squat, and others. You will get your heart rate going and turn your body into a fat burning machine as we take you through a range of high-energy exercises.

Bootcamp gives you the opportunity to push yourself to the limits with an all over body blast. It mixes body weight exercise with Trx, Kettlebells, and the Rip trainer which combines to give you a superb mix of muscular endurance and strength training. It also includes various forms of skipping , boxing and interval training that involves bursts of high intensity work. This class will have you burning calories even after you leave. The circuits vary from week to week and will actually generate an after burn effect lasting for upto 48 hours.
